Automotive Parts Technical Support Representative

📋 Description

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, parts, and support procedures
• Assist customers with sales questions and product installation needs
• Act as technical expert for customers and sales teams
• Provide detailed technical information on equipment and parts
• Diagnose and resolve installation questions with vehicle knowledge
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to relay feedback

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Professional hands-on vehicle maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
• ASE Automotive Certification or equivalent preferred
• About 2 years of customer-facing service experience preferred
• Ability to explain technical automotive information clearly
