Video Production Manager

📋 Description

• Own production process end-to-end for course videos, from planning to final cut
• Plan and coordinate pre-production for course video shoots with Medical Project Managers
• Manage studio and location shoots as primary contact on shoot days
• Oversee post-production to ensure alignment with briefs
• Drive and maintain the in-house studio and equipment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep production on track

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant work experience in video production, especially educational/e-learning
• Strong ability to translate learning objectives into visual storytelling
• Structured work approach to meet timelines and stakeholder expectations
• Hands-on video production skills: filming, lighting, audio
• Deep understanding of production tools/workflows with a drive to improve
• Clear communication and openness to feedback
