📋 Description

• Implement and support Arrive products and services for partners
• Coordinate projects for product implementation per customer specs
• Configure, release and maintain central software solutions
• Perform QA by testing products/services and driving improvements
• Order, review and roll-out signage (des signage)
• Collaborate across teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, R&D) as main stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong CRM skills with customer-focused mindset
• Good project management abilities; experience preferred
• High technical understanding of system integrations
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns
• Ability to understand strategic goals and translate to actions
• Resilience and adaptability to change
