📋 Description

• Analyze web traffic patterns on critical endpoints (login, account creation).
• Differentiate legitimate vs. suspicious traffic.
• Identify attack signatures and apply effective challenges.
• Define data collection and analysis processes to detect patterns.
• Report results to tech/account staff and clients.
• Develop customer-facing reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Data or Support Analyst experience, SaaS preferred.
• Customer support and escalation experience.
• Strong information security understanding.
• Experience supporting web security to protect against bots/fraud.
• HTML, JavaScript, XML knowledge.
• Quick learner with new technologies.
