📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, coordination, and delivery of clinical study projects
• Provide oversight and strategic expertise to meet quality, scope, cost, and time objectives
• Manage global project directors and managers across portfolios
• Interfacing with sponsors as escalation point beyond PM
• Drive profitability and resource optimization within PM organization
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science/health field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years in clinical research with PM and leadership experience
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH and clinical development process
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management
• Experience with global, cross-functional trials and budgeting
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
