Real Estate Analyst (Tax Credit Equity)

📋 Description

• Support Acquisitions and Underwriting in reviewing, modeling, and analyzing tax credit financed
• Assist early-stage due diligence on project underwriting, sponsor, and market feasibility
• Build and maintain financial models for tax credit transactions
• Prepare deal summaries and offer letters for potential investments
• Coordinate with internal and external professionals on project analysis
• Interface with multiple groups to ensure timely delivery of materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and MS Office skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and decision-making ability
• Experience with financial modeling, cash flow analysis, NPV and IRR
• Real estate private equity and/or LIHTC experience favored
