Principal Product Manager- Conversational AI

📋 Description

• Own the customer-facing conversational agent roadmap across chat and voice.
• Drive partnerships, translating partner asks into product decisions.
• Collaborate with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding.
• Design flows and wireframes in Figma; produce assets for production.
• Build prototypes using AI coding tools to test flows.
• Define quality bars with the evaluation team for resolution, containment, and escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience with principal/lead ownership of customer-facing product.
• Design fluency; able to produce flows/basic mocks in Figma as a design lead.
• Ability to prototype with code and AI tools without heavy engineering dependency.
• Hands-on front-end experience; credible with engineers.
• Deep partner-facing enterprise experience, preferably in regulated industries.
• Data-driven approach using service/automation metrics (resolution, CSAT, escalation quality).
