📋 Description

• Role involves making daily cold calls, sending emails/texts to connect with prospects
• Convert prospects and leads into Bobtail clients
• Collaborate to achieve individual, team, and company goals
• Maintain a pipeline of leads using Salesforce CRM
• Use sales tools to track progress and improve performance
• Learn client needs, industry, and competitors

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B cold calling & outbound sales experience
• Bilingual is a must (English/Punjabi)
• SaaS experience is a must
• CRM usage experience; Salesforce is a plus
• Startup experience is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
