Job Description
📋 Description
- Assist classroom instructors and staff to support students in the classroom
- Provide general student support in the school setting
- Hours: 8AM-3:30PM, M-F, 10-month calendar
- Direct hire with return to school year after year (no annual contract)
- Maintain classroom order and safety; respond to emergencies
- Support behavior programs and data collection
🎯 Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Paraprofessional certification preferred
- Security or Juvenile Justice background is helpful
- Military Veterans are encouraged to apply
- Ability to operate under stress and adapt to routine changes
- At least 23 years of age
