Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversight and coordination of assigned program(s) (residential and/or day program) for individuals
• Combination of direct care and supervisory duties
• Lead program operations, including goals/plans and overall program implementation
• Manage operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects via site designee
• Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call flexibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual
• At least 2 years in management with developmental disabilities
• Strong decision-making, time management, communication, and flexibility
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful background clearance required
