📋 Description
- Lead identity & security product initiatives for MongoDB Atlas and core engine
- Shape authentication, authorization, and access control strategy
- Drive workloads identity federation and passwordless access
- Partner with engineering, UX, and GTM to meet enterprise needs
- Represent security/identity vision at events and with executives
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in PM, security architecture, or technical leadership (IAM/cloud)
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate without direct authority
- Deep knowledge of OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC
- Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP identity models and secret-reduction tactics
- Understanding of AI agent workflows and MCP integrations
- Experience building developer/admin UX for complex infra
