📋 Description
- Lead strategic initiatives across Identity and Security
- Shaping authentication, authorization, and access control for Atlas, core engine, and developer
- Own non-human identity including workload federation and passwordless access
- Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and customers on identity experiences
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Management, Security Architecture, or Tech Leadership focused on IAM, Cloud
- Influence senior stakeholders and operate with ambiguity
- Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, federation protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
- Cloud identity experience across AWS, Azure, GCP; secret-reduction strategies
- Understanding of AI agent workflows, MCP, and non-human identity security
- Experience building developer/admin experiences for complex backend tech
