• Point of contact for corporate clients
• Provide daily operational and trading assistance
• Ambassador for product/service at a customer-facing level
• Office based in Düsseldorf

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in client servicing and high-pressure environments
• Ability to multitask across multiple platforms and client types
• Experience with currency markets and FX knowledge is a plus
• Microsoft Excel skills preferred
