🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years in IT/app development.
• Expert Python with NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn; PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong in business analytics with R, Dataiku, AWS SageMaker, Spark, Tableau.
• Experience with DoE, Bayesian methods, or active learning; GxP/regulatory familiarity.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model lifecycle, and deploying analytics in regulated environments.
• Ownership mindset and ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to scientists and leaders.
