Professional Services Commercial Lead

📋 Description

• Own assigned DeployCo deals from intake through approval, signature, and handoff.
• Draft and revise SOWs, work orders, and change orders using templates.
• Validate rate cards, hours, discounts, and guardrails; reconcile SOW to quote.
• Coordinate reviews across Deployment, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Billing.
• Identify delivery and commercial risks; ensure clear scope and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain accurate deal records and post-signature handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B deal desk, contracts, or professional-services ops.
• 3+ years drafting customer-facing SOWs for professional services.
• Experience with pricing validation, approval workflows, and routing.
• Ability to translate tech/service requirements into contract-ready scope and milestones.
• Strong judgment, ownership of complex deals, and clear communication.
• Knowledge of quote-to-cash, SOW structure, and revenue implications.
