Senior Product Operations Manager, Integrations

📋 Description

• Own the integrations OS: APIs, MCP servers, third-party connectors.
• Triager and prioritize integration requests from customers/partners.
• Manage technology and ISV partners across the lifecycle.
• Plan early-access programs and coordinate launches.
• Build lightweight systems to scale the integrations program.
• Operate in a fast-moving product environment with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations, PM, Partner Ops, or related role.
• Direct experience in an integrations team with third-party connections.
• APIs and MCP knowledge; comfortable on auth, rate limits, schemas.
• Experience in app stores/marketplaces or partner ecosystems.
• Experience managing external tech/ISV partner relationships.
• Early-access/beta program execution and coordinated launches.
