Principal Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Define and scale the product operating model across Product, Design, and Engineering to enable
• Lead company-level product planning and roadmap operations with senior leaders.
• Establish scalable mechanisms to improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
• Drive portfolio health, initiative outcomes, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Customer teams to inform decisions.
• Develop executive-ready reporting on roadmap progress and key metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product operations, management, strategy, or related roles; high-growth
• Experience at principal or director level influencing senior leaders.
• Deep expertise in product lifecycle, design collaboration, and engineering partnerships.
• Strong in portfolio planning, roadmap operations, prioritization, and executive reviews.
• Analytical thinker able to translate data into insights and decisions.
• Proficient with Segment, Amplitude, Productboard, Linear, Jira, BI tools, experimentation.
