📋 Description

• Support real estate projects across 57 countries.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, expansions, relocations.
• Support CAPEX, reconstructions, and development from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with Group processes and Real Estate Guidelines.
• Track progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables; prepare investment files.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years in Real Estate, PM, Engineering, or consulting.
• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/Access/VBA BI tools advantageous.
