- Collaborate with leadership to create structure where ambiguity exists and drive measurable impact.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or related role in high-growth tech/SaaS.
- Experience building processes from scratch and scaling them thoughtfully.
- Experience with AI-native products and focus on model quality and reliability.
- Ability to translate qualitative/quantitative data into clear roadmap inputs.
- Proven cross-functional alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
- Hands-on launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops in fast-moving environments.

- Compensation: $155,400 - $233,200 USD per year.
