- Own the product function for a new venture from concept to launch.
- Lead product-market fit through ambiguity with a startup mindset.
- Direct a senior product team and drive rapid experimentation.
- Partner with the GM and venture GM to shape strategy.
- Translate high-level vision into MVP and a clear roadmap.
- Establish ongoing discovery and validation practices.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in product management with 4-5+ years in leadership (Director/Sr. Director).
- Proven 0-to-1 track record building new products and launching them.
- Experience scaling a product from MVP to growing business line.
- Strong business acumen with P&L awareness or direct influence.
- Exceptional executive presence communicating with C-level stakeholders.
- Proven talent magnet: hiring and developing senior product talent.
