📋 Description

• Assist Project Management staff with setup, tracking, client comms, reporting, invoicing
• Coordinate project set-up and sample logistics
• Prepare final reports and data packages by client due date
• Ensure accurate data entry in LIMS and proper vendor setup
• Provide excellent client service throughout projects

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree or 4 years client-service experience substitution
• 1-3 years business experience
• Bench chemist experience preferred
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
• Proven client service skills
