📋 Description

• Drive store visuals and customer experience in a fast‑paced fashion environment
• Implement Visual Identity and floor/window presentation per Commercial Handbook
• Collaborate with Department Manager on commercial opportunities and floor moves
• Coach and develop store team on visual standards and campaigns
• Support KPI attainment and store budgets through visual campaigns
• Ensure compliance with local laws and H&M policies

🎯 Requirements

• Inclusive, positive, creative, and eager to learn
• Customer service passion with style guidance abilities
• 1–2+ years of transferrable experience; keyholder experience preferred
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work nights/weekends; travel to support other stores may be required
• Comfort with manual tasks (ladder use, small equipment) and display setups
