Product Manager (FTC)

📋 Description

• Own the next phase of Prolific's Research roadmap, scaling what's shipped and growing adoption.
• Manage a small team of engineers, partner with Design and other PMs, and iterate based on
• Handle discovery and delivery, prioritisation, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Work in a cross-functional setup with Research, AI, operations, sales, and client services.
• Remote UK fixed-term or contractor engagement for 6 months.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record shipping and scaling products for demanding professional or enterprise users.
• Experience building for researchers or research tools is a plus.
• Strong product fundamentals: Agile, continuous discovery and delivery, JTBD, vertical slicing
• Data-informed decision making and commercial acumen; ability to tell a story with data.
• Experience working with engineers and designers in a product-led team.
