Sr. Director, Product Management - Patient Access Technology

📋 Description

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value for patient access tech.
• Own and prioritize backlog balancing patient/client needs, business value, and constraints.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to stay relevant.
• Collaborate with operations, regulatory, QA, engineering, data governance, and privacy teams to
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and priorities with agile
• Engage clients and stakeholders to ensure direction reflects real-world needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Admin, or related
• 8+ years in product management, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, patient access programs, copay/assistance programs.
• Experience defining product strategy, backlogs, and user stories; strong prioritization.
• Ability to balance commercial priorities, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Strong agile product development experience and stakeholder management.
