- Grow cross-product expertise and reduce knowledge gaps across the team.
- Coach consultants and communicate business value and ROI to clients.
- Improve delivery efficiency, CSAT, utilization, and ROI; minimize scope creep.
- Operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Professional Services, consulting, or SaaS/enterprise software.
- 3+ years in people management overseeing consultants or project managers.
- Experience defining consulting methodologies emphasizing best practices and efficiency.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
- Excellent communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Client-facing, translating business objectives into delivery strategies.
