Senior BI Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into analytical solutions
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards with Metabase or similar
• Define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for reporting
• Design semantic data models for self-service analytics
• Validate data accuracy across dashboards and datasets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in BI/Analytics or related field
• Advanced SQL and large analytical datasets
• Hands-on dashboards with Metabase or similar BI platform
• Experience with Amazon Redshift
• Dimensional data modelling and semantic layer design
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
