📋 Description

• Join a product analytics team within a dating app context (Hily).
• Generate data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Plan A/B tests, analyze results, and deliver recommendations to guide roadmap.
• Provide analytics support for data-driven decision making across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years in an analytical role or relevant internships.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, or related quantitative
• Fluent Ukrainian.
• Write SQL queries confidently.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau preferred).
