🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or related roles in high-growth
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, statistical analysis, forecasting, and KPI
• Strong product and business intuition with the ability to connect user behavior to company outcomes.
• Experience cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, or product teams.
• Comfort operating autonomously and driving ambiguous projects from idea to execution.
