📋 Description

• Senior Data Analyst to empower Product & Engineering with data-driven decisions.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to frame questions and deliver insights shaping roadmap
• Build cohort, funnel, and user journey analyses to explain adoption and retention.
• Collaborate to ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across datasets.
• Define and maintain north star metrics and product health indicators.
• Develop dashboards and self-service analytics for product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Data Analytics, BI, or similar, with SaaS experience.
• Advanced SQL, Python, and data modeling skills; ability to create clear visualizations.
• Experience with semantic BI tools (Omni, Looker), dbt, BigQuery, and CDPs (RudderStack, Segment).
• Proficiency in cohort, funnel, journey analyses; define activation/engagement metrics.
