🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years Experience in Data/Business Analytics – FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services.
• Advanced SQL skills to read/write queries across complex datasets.
• Experience with dbt, Google Cloud BigQuery, Sigma, Git is a plus.
• Experience building data pipelines and analytical datasets.
• Strong knowledge of financial crime frameworks and risk interpretation.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus.
