📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of research, analytics, and reporting for Evio Insights, a product
• Use real-world evidence to inform policy, utilization management, outreach, care management, and
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and client-facing teams to extract insights from data.
• Translate health plan problems into research questions and actionable recommendations.
• Own analytic lifecycle from problem to recommendation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics, RWE, HEOR, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years with machine learning and advanced analytics (predictive modeling, forecasting
• Experience with administrative claims data.
• Strong SQL and Python or R proficiency.
• Ability to design analytical plans and communicate to diverse audiences.
• Experience building automated, production-ready analytical workflows.
