Job Description
📋 Description
- Design, develop, and optimize data solutions powering client deliverables and internal products.
- Work primarily in Microsoft SQL Server to build scalable datasets and processes.
- Own complex data pipelines and delivery execution with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Engineering, Client Services, and Product teams.
- Translate requirements into performant SQL solutions and maintain quality and timeliness.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor degree in CS, IS, Math, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years with Microsoft SQL Server in production.
- Hands-on experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, and data transformations.
- Experience ETL development and handling large data sets.
- Strong query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and performance troubleshooting.
- Data modeling, validation, quality checks, and root cause analysis.
