📋 Description

• Coach APSS and teachers to implement CBLI strategies for emergent bilingual students.
• Lead professional learning and data-informed planning across multiple schools.
• Ensure ELPS adherence and linguistic accommodations by language level.
• Analyze data to guide strategic plans for bilingual targets.
• Collaborate with regional and school leaders on TELPAS/data processes.
• Support Newcomer programs planning and certification efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Multilingual Education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as assistant principal or instructional coach at secondary level.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate + ESL Supplemental.
• Proven results in emergent bilingual academic and language growth.
