User Researcher

📋 Description

• Embedded directly on product teams to generate actionable qualitative and quantitative insights
• Partner with Product, Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Policy to ensure user needs
• Prototype and present research findings and strategic implications to Product Group leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional career experience as a UX or product researcher.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in HCI, psychology, marketing research, sociology, anthropology, or
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods; experience with Qualtrics, SQL, and statistical
• Strong collaboration skills; able to share work frequently and invite feedback.
• Ability to articulate and research findings clearly through verbal, written, and visual

🎁 Benefits

• Annual Salary Range: $159,250 — $193,240 USD.
• Office-based roles onsite Tue, Wed, Thu; optional presence on Mon and Fri.
