📋 Description
- Lead and mentor teams delivering analytics solutions for external clients
- Partner with internal client teams and engage with senior leaders, including C-suite
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to external clients
- Manage large, complex analytics projects with milestone updates
- Adopt emerging analytic capabilities and mentor others in technical/business areas
- Engage in cross-functional analytics projects and act as a thought-partner
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in an analytical function
- Bachelor’s in Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Advanced experience with data tools (Databricks, SQL, Python, Git/GitHub)
- Advanced experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Client-facing experience and consulting background is a strong plus
- CPG analytics domain experience and strong communication/ storytelling skills

- Base compensation range: $128,000 - $151,000 (USD)
