Quote and Proposal Writer - Environment Testing

📋 Description

• Create formal written quotes and proposals based on client specs and lab services knowledge.
• Ensure the lab has appropriate certifications and can meet technical specs.
• Collaborate with outside sales account managers and technical staff as needed.
• Transition project wins from Business Development to Project Management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Position is M-F 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm EST.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least one year of related experience
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak)
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Marketing/Sales with lab background or equivalent
• 3+ years related experience, preferably in Environmental lab testing
