📋 Description
- Design, develop, and apply DS solutions to improve Reddit ad platform
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements
- Develop ML models and DS methods for anomaly detection, prediction, and pattern recognition
- Present findings to stakeholders across the organization
- Stay up-to-date on ML and DS advancements
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree (Masters/Ph.D.) in quantitative field
- 5+ years (MS) or 4+ years (PhD) in applied science or data science
- Platform experience and deep understanding of ads ecosystem
- Strong statistical modeling, ML algorithms, causal inference, and experimental design
- Experience with large-scale data processing: Spark, Hadoop, Hive; BigQuery a plus
- Proficiency in Python or R; experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
