📋 Description
- Lead/partner with cross-functional teams to drive user and revenue growth through data-driven
- Define product strategy via measurement, experimentation, and causal analyses.
- Mentor junior data scientists and partner with stakeholders across Product, Eng, Design, Marketing
- Build and maintain ETLs, tables, dashboards, and self-serve tools for data access.
- Develop team KPIs and communicate progress to align DS efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate on data products.
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or OR.
- 5+ years (MS) or 4+ years (PhD) in applied/data science roles.
- Expertise in SQL and programming languages (Python or R).
- Strong knowledge of online experimentation, causal inference, and stats techniques.
- Excellent communication and ability to discuss complex topics with varied audiences.
- Comfort in fast-paced environments with bias toward action.
