Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and highly responsive Customer Service Representative with hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience.
GoHighLevel will be the main tool used in this role, so you must be comfortable using it to manage leads, customer conversations, follow-ups, and appointments. You’ll communicate with prospects and customers through email, text, Facebook, and social media, qualify incoming leads, and make sure every inquiry receives a quick response and clear next steps.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to new leads and customer inquiries.
- Manage leads and customer conversations through GoHighLevel.
- Handle email, text, Facebook, and social media inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments.
- Qualify leads and gather the information needed by the sales team.
- Book appointments with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads after estimates or quotes.
- Provide customers with project and order updates.
- Keep CRM records, conversations, and follow-ups organized and up to date.
Requirements
- Must have previous experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Customer service, lead management, or appointment-setting experience.
- Experience handling customer inquiries through social media.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Fast response time and strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple customer conversations at once.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
