Product Manager

📋 Description

• Support design and optimization of revenue strategies with monetization models
• Propose improvements to product strategy using data analysis, A/B testing and market research
• Coordinate with production, monetization, data, design, dev, marketing and liveops teams
• Analyze performance, build dashboards, and track KPIs vs revenue targets
• Run A/B tests on events, offers and shop configurations to improve engagement
• Define product vision and quarterly objectives with the GM

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Product Management, Live Ops, Analytics or Monetization in product roles
• Experience with F2P mechanics and at least 2 live games
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel; basic SQL, Python or R
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s a plus in game design/creation
