Data Operations Analyst (Traditional Chinese Speaker)

📋 Description

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading resolution with Client Liaison and Commercial teams.
• Identify, investigate and coordinate data, process, or product related queries.
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload to meet schedules.
• Analyze and identify gaps in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to country teams, driving SOPs and best practices.
• Work across Operations/Enablement teams to deliver to client expectations and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Statistics or relevant subjects
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in operational areas are welcome
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment while
• High accuracy, attention to detail, proactive work approach
• Strong logical thinking, project management skills, including task sequencing and critical path
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Traditional Chinese (Mandatory)
