📋 Description

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide warm transfers to sales or enrollment coordinators
• Triage inquiries by Medicare enrollment stage and needs
• Update records and activities in HubSpot CRM
• Respond to tickets and emails with clear, professional communication
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and manage calendars
• Manage ~40 inbound calls daily, with spikes during AEP

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer or client services
• Professional English communication (oral and written)
• Experience handling inbound calls
• CRM updates: records, notes, activities
• Calendar coordination and appointment booking
• Empathy for seniors (65+)
