📋 Description
- Finance data engineering to support monthly/quarterly close, invoicing, and reporting.
- Own critical data integration pipelines and models for reliable financial reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, billing, and revenue teams to translate pain points into
- Mentor team members and champion engineering excellence across the organization.
- Operate in a small team with ownership from design through execution.
- Drive organization-wide initiatives shaping the financial data vision and roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in data/software engineering with data pipeline focus (financial data).
- Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery expertise.
- Python, Airflow, Spark, Iceberg, Delta Lake production experience.
- Strong data modeling for complex financial data with scalability/usability.
- SQL and dbt proficiency; experience with ETL/ELT for accounting/billing data.
- Experience with data immutability, auditability, and slowly changing dimensions.
