• Support one of our public utility clients
• Work at home 2 days and onsite 3 days/week at Tysons Corner Center, McLean VA
• Excellent frontline customer service with dedicated leaders and peers
• Must have full availability to work various shifts and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full-time availability
• Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Experienced in customer service with multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
