Senior Data Scientist / Analyst, Growth

📋 Description

• Own full-funnel analytics for your vertical, from paid acquisition through first trade to repeat
• Partner with marketing on spend efficiency including CAC, ROAS, payback period, and channel mix
• Size and prioritize growth opportunities within your vertical and estimate returns
• Design and read experiments across creative, lifecycle, and onboarding
• Build cohort, funnel, and retention analyses to show how users behave
• Be the analytical voice in planning, setting targets and holding the team accountable

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth, marketing, or product analytics, end-to-end ownership
• Expert SQL: from raw event tables to defensible answers
• Deep fluency in full-funnel GTM metrics (CAC, ROAS, payback, conversion rate, retention, LTV)
• Experience embedded with marketing and product teams as a partner
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to scope vague questions into real analyses
• Strong communication to explain analyses to non-technical audiences
