📋 Description
- Own the banking platform roadmap, from discovery to launch and beyond.
- Define architecture and vendor decisions for accounts, deposits, cards, and lending on a single
- Lead build-vs-buy decisions and regulatory readiness with Compliance and Legal.
- Plan migration, data mapping, validation, and phased cutover when needed.
- Write technical requirements, API contracts, data models, and release plans end-to-end.
- Use data to prove platform effectiveness with KPIs like latency and reconciliation metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical discipline.
- 5–10 years of product experience, with depth in financial infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of ledgers, money movement, API integration, and data architectures.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze data independently.
- Experience with Compliance, Legal, Finance, or Treasury as stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to make documented decisions with incomplete info.
