Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of three established B2B SaaS products for ~2,000 customers and $12M ARR.
• Lead two small scrum teams; own roadmaps, backlogs, and product health across products.
• Maintain discipline in execution, manage technical debt thoughtfully, and protect revenue.
• Serve as primary product voice for customer escalations and data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, CS, and Sales on releases and enablement.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and monitor product health metrics (usage, retention).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystem; understand Salesforce-native apps.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-product portfolios with competing priorities.
• Strong backlog management, sprint participation, and data-informed decision making.
• Experience maintaining products in a maintenance-mode environment; focus on stability and
