Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own Cash & Payments domain strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Define bank connectivity scope with aggregators, direct feeds, and file ingestion.
• Ship reconciliation, cash positioning, and automated cash workflows.
• Own payment workflows, controls, and audit/compliance posture for customers.
• Write PRDs with clear scope and acceptance criteria; align with engineering on architecture.
• Mentor PMs and represent DebtBook with customers, banks, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management with data-intensive or integration-heavy B2B products.
• Demonstrated ownership of a product area with revenue/adoption accountability.
• Fluency with financial data and bank/file formats.
• Strong technical judgment on APIs, data pipelines, and reliability.
• Exceptional written communication and ability to drive clarity in documentation.
