Implementation Consultant - Commercial (Remote or Onsite)

📋 Description

• Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects
• Configure and customize Vault CRM to meet client needs
• Lead client engagements: workshops, UAT, and training; guide clients through design to delivery
• Provide expert advisory to translate requirements into scalable designs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent
• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or CRM
• Strong skills in managing client-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to travel ~20%
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
