• First contact for customers: friendly, competent, sales/service oriented
• Propose personalized offers and make each customer experience special
• Handle rental agreements and inquiries in a service-driven, organized way
• Manage premium vehicle fleet while upselling related services
• Support operational tasks for driving and parking logistics

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for sales and excellent customer service
• Experience in direct customer service, ideally in services, tourism or retail
• Strong communication in Spanish and English
• Flexible, team player, able to work shifts including weekends/holidays
• Valid driving license
